Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before using cometaxi.com. It is a general template and does not count as legal advice.

A Referral Service Only

Cometaxi Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service that connects homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not diagnose, repair, maintain or install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps or any other equipment. Any work done in your home is done by an independent provider and not by Cometaxi Heating & Air.

No Endorsement

Connecting you with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of any provider's work, and we cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Providers answer for their own licenses, insurance, certifications, warranties and conduct.

General Information

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Every home and system is different, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

Costs

Cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes, and they change with the job, location, equipment and labor. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work starts.

Efficiency, Rebates and Financing

Remarks about energy efficiency are general, and we promise no level of savings. We do not offer, arrange or promise rebates, tax credits or financing. Ask the provider and your local utility about programs that may apply.

Safety

HVAC equipment involves electricity, refrigerant and, in many homes, natural gas or propane. Do not put yourself at risk. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm goes off, leave the home and contact your gas utility or local emergency services.

How We Are Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Cometaxi Heating & Air when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We try to keep the information here accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete or without mistakes.
